"Park Hotel Ela", located in the picturesque resort of Borovets, is 50 metres from the gondola lift and offers luxurious amenities including a sauna, steam bath and massage treatments. The location was perfect! The staff was so friendly and the food delicious! The spa was very nice and not full. We will definitely go back!

Everything was great, the best was the food for lunch/dinner. I didn't have the expectation that the hotel food would be that good, and reasonably priced.

They had made sure it had everything we needed, and the interior design is very interesting. The mattress seemed to be of very high quality, providing the perfect balance of support and softness. It was one of the best nights of sleep we've had in a long time! The entire guesthouse exudes a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with a charming blend of elegance and coziness. The garden is a true oasis—lush, peaceful, and impeccably maintained. It was a delight to relax there and enjoy the serene environment. The host was wonderfully courteous and attentive without being intrusive. His discrete yet warm approach made us feel truly at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating stay.
