The location is excellent, with canyon like scenic views. Lot's of walking to do, fun walking down to the river. Many out buildings to explore. The saloon was a fun bonus to party in. The house is very tidy with gorgeous wood work and of course that old farm feel. There were lot's of amenities in the house. I can't forget our host Jarvis who is a hoot to be around and very friendly.
