On our way home, we realized we had left ski boots in the ski room. Without hesitation, the hotel staff located them and shipped them back to us! This level of care and attention to detail is truly remarkable and greatly appreciated. We highly recommend Piz Ot to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable ski holiday.
