Such a beautiful little place, right on the water with fantastic outdoor and indoor commonspaces. Our room was great, clean and comfortable. Staff were so nice and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. Breakfast was delicious

Check-in and check-out were seamless, with the host personally handing over the keys and providing helpful instructions, and similarly present for departure to verify everything. The property is very centrally located, which is perfect for exploring the small town. On a clear day, you can enjoy views of the Jungfrau directly from the main room. The interiors are spotless and modern—this is clearly a new property, and we loved it. The elevator made access easy and convenient. Parking is just across the street and covered, which was very convenient. The kitchen is well-equipped with a good selection of utensils, making it easy to cook if needed. Highly recommend for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Everything was really great, Mr. Marco treat u like his family member, we never felt as foreigners there. Consisting of 3 separate chalets, the CityChalet is located next to the Aare River, 300 metres from the centre of Interlaken. The location of this property is perfect. Walking distance to the train station, and very near a big Migros grocery and Coop so you can pick up anything that you will need for your trip. Matt and his family were very accommodating. The view from the family room was gorgeous, we all loved walking up to that beautiful scenery. I highly recommend City Chalet to anyone who wants to spend time in Interlaken.
