Mountain Paradise in Zermatt has a sauna and a steam room. Quiet surroundings and views of the Matterhorn Mountain can be enjoyed at the property which is located in the Winkelmatten suburb. Wonderful location right next to the funicular to Furi and Matterhorn Glacier Paradize, with a red line bus stop and a good restaurant right next to it. Good breakfast with the best Matterhorn view in the village. Make sure to visit the sauna room after skiing, it’s great, especially if there’s no one else there, like in our case.

L'Hotel Jägerhof està situat en una zona tranquil·la, a prop del centre de Zermatt i a 5 minuts a peu del telefèric del Klein Matterhorn. L'establiment ofereix un gimnàs i WiFi gratuïta. Everything! We are already planning another tip hopefully next year and would love to stay in this hotel again. They were very accommodating to it being my partners birthday and even surprised us all with a cake and the happy birthday song at tea time!!! Very friendly and helpful staff and the location is amazing. Not 1 bad word to say.

The Hotel Daniela enjoys a very calm location in Zermatt, situated within a 10-minute walk from the cable cars and the train station. Free Wi-Fi is featured throughout the property. This is an amazing hotel very comfortable very quiet with a view of the Matterhorn from my windows the breakfast is the best I’ve ever experienced in the hotel in my 70 years. Don’t hesitate to book this hotel. It was exemplary in every way. And affordable at the beginning of December

Situated close to the ski lifts in Zermatt, Alpen Resort & Spa features a restaurant, and spacious rooms with cable TV. The family room was exceptionally well-designed and fully equipped. It was impeccably maintained and spotlessly clean, with a lovely terrace that added to the charm. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at ease and comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast was a delightful buffet offering a wide variety of options to kickstart the day. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere in the breakfast room was excellent, making our mornings even more enjoyable.

The family-run Bristol hotel is situated in a central yet quiet location in Zermatt, between the train station and the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It offers a spa area and free WiFi in all areas. The staffs were friendly and we took the matterhorn view and view was breathtaking from the balcony

Stunning views, cozy stay – just a few things to be aware of The location is absolutely beautiful – the view is breathtaking! The road up is a typical mountain road with narrow, winding sections, so drive carefully. 🏡 Our apartment was clean and well-maintained. The bedroom was very comfortable – the bed was great, though the pillows are quite big and high, which might not suit everyone. 🍳 The kitchen is fully equipped, but a few items are a bit worn – for example, the potato peeler was rusty. Also, note that there is no soap or shower gel in the bathroom, so make sure to bring your own. A funny detail: if you need extra toilet paper, you have to request it at reception and pay 0.50 CHF per roll. 🧼 Overall cleanliness was very good. There was a bit of dust in some areas – maybe the apartment hadn’t been used since winter – but towels and linens were fresh and clean. 🚗 Parking is available, but it’s paid. Getting from the parking lot to the room was a bit confusing – we had to switch between three elevators – but you do receive a map with instructions, so don’t worry too much. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 There’s a small play area for kids with a lovely terrace where parents can relax and enjoy the view. It could use a few more games or toys to make it more engaging. 👀 Our room didn’t have a direct view, but that wasn’t a problem – the terrace offers amazing scenery, and even the walk from the parking lot gives you incredible views. 🤝 The staff was polite and helpful, though not particularly warm – they could be a bit friendlier. 💸 Overall, the value for money was very good, and I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful mountain escape with all the basics covered.

Located in Täsch and with Zermatt Railway Station reachable within 5.6 km, Hotel Porta Cervino provides concierge services, allergy-free rooms, a terrace, free WiFi throughout the property and a bar. Shiny new, clean, well designed and across the road from the train station. Our room was on the backside and although the place seemed busy in the lobby our room was quiet. We decided to have dinner at DaVinchi. The staff accommodated us and we ate in the common area. The food was great.

Situated in Zinal, 40 km from Crans-sur-Sierre Golf Club, SWISSPEAK Resorts Zinal features accommodation with a terrace, private parking, a restaurant and a bar. We loved that our room had a balcony and we could hear the river flowing outside. We also loved having a kitchen as meals in town were expensive so it was great to cook in a bit and have breakfast in the morning. The beds were very comfortable. The location was convenient to hiking, transit stops, shops and restaurants in town. The room was cozy but very well appointed and great for our group of 4 adults.
