She was exceedingly friendly and kind when we wanted to change rooms from the very beautiful and modern apartment to the very beautiful and more cozy apartment. The rooms are so lovely and the view of the rose garden is so wonderful, you just want to be in the apartment. But you don't need to be, Bad Kissingen is simply beautiful with its parks, old-town restaurant and cafes, and Thermal Pool. This was certainly worth the trip.
