The location is very calm and the scenery magnificent. At our arrival, we received an upgrade for no extra cost. The hotel is brand new, as was the room. It was spacious, very modern, cosy and spotlessly clean, as the rest of the hotel. The personnel was very accommodating, friendly and polite, nothing was too much trouble. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food and service was just excellent. Breakfast next morning, served at the time of your choice and at your table, so no annoying buffet, frankly couldn't be topped. Value for money - top. I would not hesitate one second recommending this locations to anyone.

As a plus point, the host is a hobby baker and we were rewarded throughout our stay with fresh baked items. As an unusual bonus, you have a dedicated parking spot right outside your door. We have been visiting Hammelburg for quite a number of years, and this was easily the best value and rental property.

The receptionist called me twice before our arrival because she thought we would be arriving in the middle of the night, and she called to give instructions. She was exceedingly friendly and kind when we wanted to change rooms from the very beautiful and modern apartment to the very beautiful and more cozy apartment. The rooms are so lovely and the view of the rose garden is so wonderful, you just want to be in the apartment. But you don't need to be, Bad Kissingen is simply beautiful with its parks, old-town restaurant and cafes, and Thermal Pool. This was certainly worth the trip.
