Absolutely loved our stay here. Wonderful staff, comfty bed, air con, great mini gym and pool. The buffet breakfast was perfect and it was 1min from the airport (with free shuttle) and 5min walk from the bus terminal (we came from Peru).

Unipark by Oro Verde Hotels is located beside Parque Seminario and within Unicentro Shopping Mall, opposite the Metropolitan Cathedral and just 3 blocks from Malecón 2000. -very large room and bathroom -the bed was amazing -the breakfast was very good and had lots of variety to choose from -shuttle to ans from the airport for an extra cost

The apartments are so nice. Martha and her team are the best. Super helpful and accommodating. The location is really cool. I've been told it is really safe here. There is security everywhere in the area and buildings. Guayaquil is an amazing city and I have never felt unsafe, but do be more than respectful and be alert, like any big city. The city and its people will treat you exactly the same.

Comfortable bed, good bathroom with good shower, kitchen you can use to cook. The flat is well clean. Location is next to a mall and not far from the airport and bus station. Good value for money. Owner is very kind and helpful, very nice host! Overall we were happy with the choice!

Location is great, they have breakfast for free in the morning, the kindest family ever. This is a little personal but I need to share this. I was sick for three days when I arrived to this hotel.. as soon as we checked into the hotel, the family could tell I was sick and instantly went and got me medicine and made me tea, and even got me a gatorade because i couldn’t eat anything. they helped take care of me without even knowing me first. not only is this hotel beautiful, quiet, 2 adorable family dogs.. nice rooms.. but also by staying here you are helping a family who puts others before themselves. i’d stay here again in a heartbeat. we recommend it immensely!

Urdesa Suites Hotel offers comfortable rooms with free WiFi just 1 block from Emilio Estrada Avenue, in Guayaquil’s financial area. The property was clean and the room comfortable. I arrived late but the guardian was there to open the gate and assist with parking. It is convenient location near the airport. The room was clean and hot water in the shower. They do allow dogs so we stayed near the pool and there was a grassy area to walk our dog. Management was very accommodating. Breakfast is made-to-order. I would highly recommend to stay here! We felt safe and it was a bit like home.
