From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The hotel is modern, spotless, and very well maintained, with thoughtful touches that make you feel welcome. The room was spacious, quiet, and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities you'd expect—air conditioning, a minibar, a great shower, and reliable Wi-Fi. I especially appreciated the soundproofing, which made for a peaceful night's sleep. Parking was easy and secure, and the location is ideal—close to the historic center of Ávila, yet in a quiet area with easy access to main roads. The breakfast was fresh and convenient, and I also enjoyed a great meal at the on-site restaurant.

Nice combination of the old building and reformed interior. Comfortable beds. What stood out for us as well was the climate in the apartment. With the floor heating/cooling there was a very nice interior climate without the need of touching any button and without the air flows of an air conditioning.
