Very peaceful and, although we only stayed 1 night, very relaxing. The lady who greeted us (I'm sorry I've forgotten your name) was very helpful and had pre heated our room.

L Écuyer appartement au cœur du quartier historique conta com acomodação em Chartres. This apartment's location was in the middle of the Chartres city center and about a five minute walk to the front door of Chartres Cathedral. We had many bar and restaurant options within a five minute walk (too many to choose from!). The apartment is up a few flights of stairs but it is worth it for the view from the top. And the place was spotlessly clean and had a very comfortable bed. Looking forward to staying here again the next time we are in Chartres!

The breakfast was really lovely and we had a beautiful courtyard to look onto. Our bedroom looked on to the watermill and water,and the lovely goats nearby. Parking was provided and there was easy access from the village of Aisney- le château.9
