We arrived late in the day after a long journey down from the mountains and were given a warm welcome from the father of the family, who came out to our taxi to greet us. We spoke to his son Georgio who could speak very good English. His Mother provided us with Water Melon and a freshly cooked home made Georgian dish, which was delicious! The perfect, all you need, large accommodation is set in the large garden with use of the outside area and another great outside kitchen. The air conditioning was superb in the hot heat. Having the company of the family was a lovely experience but equally, they provide their guests with respectful privacy. The family dog was an added delight to our stay :) Set in a really nice, quiet suburban area of Zugdidi, a supermarket just a couple of 100yards away and walking distance to the city. Perfect location, we just wished we had booked for a longer stay and will definitely recommend Cosy Kvara77!

This is such a lovely guest house. The owner Taona is the sweetest woman & although she doesn’t speak English you can communicate & feel her warmth. Both her children speak good English. Her breakfasts are amazing. Home cooked, plentiful, varied & so delicious. We had a comfortable triple room at the back with a view up to the hill behind with cows & horses grazing. It is a small farm with a lovely rural feel just outside the town of Mestia so very peaceful. There is a great restaurant in the town which Taona recommended. We had good walks & drove to Ushguli which was beautiful. I woukd 100% Recommend this guest house & it’s very good value. Thank you Taona. ❤️

Hotel Lamala se nachází v destinaci Mazeri a nabízí pokoje s klimatizací. Muzeum historie a etnografie je 25 km daleko. We stayed for two nights in April and had a truly wonderful time. The host gave us a warm and friendly welcome, including their smart dog “Roki” 😊 The hotel is located at the highest point in Mazeri village, offering a stunning view surrounded by five beautiful mountains. We even had the chance to try skiing right in front of the hotel! The room was lovely and clean, and the food was delicious. We loved the peaceful environment and had an amazing time with our family. We truly love this place and would highly recommend it.

A very nice place to stop at on a trip to Upper Svaneti. We stayed in a bungalow. It was spacious, cozy and nicely decorated. A huge plot of land around the house, nice views around. The hosts were very friendly and the food was amazing! A highly recommended place

Hotel Ailama Mestia se nachází v destinaci Mestia a nabízí pokoje s výhledem na hory. Jen 700 metrů odtud je Muzeum historie a etnografie. Perfect accommodation. Central, shops, restaurants. From the bus station towards Kutaisi, it's about a 7-minute walk. Be careful: there is also an Ailama Guesthouse (not a Hotel!), but in the opposite direction. Comfortable bed, cleanliness, new, balcony, refrigerator. Coffee machine, kettle (tea) in the common dining room. Each room is accessible by stairs, there are several floors, ladies manage it, you carry your luggage up yourself. Breakfast is adequate, with several types of food, but unfortunately not "Georgian" and it is not very available before 9:00. For earlier departures (buses to Kutaisi, for example, leave at 8:00 in the morning) they give you a food package.

This is a very cool place for those who would like a soulful place without pathos. Here is very homey and cozy, as if you came to visit your beloved granny. This simplicity is enticing, it's a pity that we were there only one night. The hosts are very nice people! Breakfast is good, but I wouldn't say it's something wow. I think, sometimes, we will definitely come back here for a couple of days!

Agra Ushguli se nachází v destinaci Ušguli a nabízí zahradu a výhled na hory. 39 km od ubytování je Muzeum historie a etnografie. Ubytování se nachází v budově z roku 1936. This guest is located right next to a Svan tower in a cool part of the district. The owner was so helpful and informative, he is really the epitome of a great guesthouse owner. The cafe has outstanding food, (in a country of great food.). I would love to come and stay here again. The number one guesthouse in all the Svaneti.

Karma Hostel se nachází v destinaci Martvili a poskytuje zahradu, terasu, bar a bezplatné Wi-Fi ve všech prostorách. This is place is amazing! The rooms are big and confortable. They have homemade breakfast and dinner and the food is just perfect! It is a feast, it worth it. But if it is too pricy for your budget, you can use the smll communal kitchen. Emma and all the staff were very welcoming and kind. You can get along, have some beers and wine with everyone, or just lay on an hammok on your own and chill. Enjoy the dog and cats, the breeze and the peace. The location is a bit far from the city center, but you can always hitch hike or get an minivan. If you have a car, then it is perfect.
