The staff are extremly helpful. They gave us local recommendations. It was like having a local guide at your hotel. Stand outs were Salauddin who was just a call away to help with everything and Salini. She was very helpful and was almost out local guide. Thanks for the hospitality.

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the staff's warmth was palpable. Check-in was swift and efficient, and I was immediately struck by the beautiful, traditional decor that blended seamlessly with modern amenities. My room was upgraded in the Premium Suite which was spacious, impeccably clean and with a living room .The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the attention to detail, and the amenities were premium selected. What truly set the property apart, however, was the exceptional service and the warmth of the people. Upon departure they gave us a memento from your trip which was unexpected and incredibly thoughtful gesture that made me feel truly valued as a guest celebrating a special occasion. The Raajkutir hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The combination of its beautiful ambiance, excellent service, and thoughtful surprise made my stay in Kolkata unforgettable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly special experience in the heart of this vibrant city.

The owners provided a friendly, helpful, and homely feeling, and the property was wonderful with all the necessary facilities. It was very comfy for both of my dogs. Homemade yummy food, veg, and non-veg were too good. It's was wonderful to stay over here with my pets. The outside place was also there to walk your pets. Even early check-in is also acceptable over here. 😊
