The property is located in a quiet part of Forio yet very close to everything.15 minutes by foot till the beach. The breakfast offered a variety of things (eggs, pastries, fruit, etc.). The host, Federica, was very helpful and her recommendations for pizza places were brilliant. Grazie!

We arrived early on the island and the hosts kindly let us check into our room right away. The room was spotless, beautifully scented, and very comfortable. The garden, jacuzzi, and sun loungers create a peaceful atmosphere. Breakfast was excellent, especially the bruschetta made by the owner – better than what we had in restaurants. The location is great, just a short bus ride from Ischia Porto with frequent connections, yet the property remains quiet.

يقع مكان إقامة "Hotel Residence - Parco Mare Monte" في ايسكيا، على بعد 1.2 كم من شاطئ مارينا (Marina Beach)، ويتميز بحديقة ومواقف خاصة للسيارات مجاناً وتراس ومطعم. A beautiful and well maintained property on the hill above Casamicciola. It's a bit of a hike up the hill but a leisurely downhill stroll to town and there is a bus to bring you back. 20-25 minute walk to shops and beach but the trade off is the incredible view from the property. The breakfast was generous and delicious - pastries, yoghurt, cereal and fruit. The staff were so lovely and accomodating, they picked me up from and dropped me off to the ferry, gave lots of information about the bus network and were generally available for all questions and requests. The property was very clean and well kept. Bonus is the pool, sauna and spa!

Peaceful and quiet and few min walk to the center area and beautiful sorroundings. Small and nice beach below the hotel.

The views from the terrace where you have breakfast and dinner is also served were glorious. The breakfast buffet had a wonderful yoghurt seeds and fruit selection as well pastries. Coffee was served and delicious. Most importantly Romaldo Carmella and Adella were the most caring genuine and hospitable hosts. We felt at home.

A beautiful pearl with unique decoration, everything seemed new and the garden was highly maintained. The lobby and the breakfast room were spacious with relaxed atmosphere, the breakfast was rich with selection of fruit, pastries, cheese and more. The staff was super helpful and kind, they were available by WhatsApp at all time, gave us a complete review of the island and recommended places to visit, and even booked a great restaurant for us. The facility had a private parking with lots of space for all guests. The location is very close to a small and unique beach with thermal water and was a short drive to other great spots. The Wi-Fi worked very well at all spaces. All in all, a very very good value for money.
