We got to the hotel a day late as our flight was cancelled. I sent a message to the hotel and told them we were so disappointed, as it was our 40th wedding anniversary. When we got there the next day Alexandra was amazing and when we got to our room we were upgraded for free! The hotel also left chocolates and a gorgeous welcome letter.

Located in central Rome, Horti 14 Borgo Trastevere Hotel is just 10 minutes' walk from the heart of lively Trastevere. The 4-star hotel offers a garden and bar. It was a truly delightful experience! This is our favorite hotel during our trip to Europe. The hotel is clean and beautiful, and the staff are extremely warm - hearted, providing us with great help. The receptionist on the last day could even speak Chinese, which was a wonderful surprise.It also enjoys a great location.

The lady behind the front desk is super friendly, helpfull and interested. She gave us very good suggestions for restaurants in the neighbourhood. The room, even though it was on the street side, was very quiet.
