He explained everything in detail and was always very friendly with a big smile. The cottage was clean and very comfy. Everything we needed was available, and the complimentary drinks were a nice touch. The neighbourhood is very quiet, and it is within walking distance to the nearest CVS, some restaurants, and the beach. The cats are well-behaved and definitely like to have a rub on their head or belly; they love you more if you feed them too. They don't enter the cottage, which was a relief for my allergy.
