The owners are a family and very accommodating. the location was fantastic. The toiletries were brand name, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face wash, hand soap, face products and others. The kitchen was fully stocked. Anything extra that we needed, the owners supplied. The property offered lots of beach equipment to rent for a cheap price. They also had various grills, which the owners set up and cleaned up. Great for families, couples, solo and group travelers.

The location was perfect and the views were amazing. It was easy to walk to various things: restaurants, cafes, the market, etc. Everyone we talked to in the hotel was very friendly.

I loved the cosy and comfortable atmosphere of this pension stay. The owners were very kind and helpful. Once I locked myself out of my room and they helped me right away. I would love to go back and stay there for a longer duration.

This place is relatively cheaper than other resorts. If you drive, stay here, you can always drive to the slopes. Has a variation of food in the basement + CU, convenient.

Newly opened in January of 2018, St. John’s Hotel is located along Gangmun Beach in Gangneung. Great value for the money since i included the executive service!
