The skyline views were stunning, and room 2408 was absolutely mind-blowing. The staff was incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive, always ready to assist with our needs. We did have a minor issue with the Wi-Fi; while I could connect my laptop, we couldn't get our four mobile phones online. However, the excellent service more than made up for it. Truly world-class staff.

Presidente Puebla hotel offers spectacular views of the Popocatepetl and Iztaccihuatl volcanoes. The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool and 24-hour fitness centre. It is 4.5 km from the city centre. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The building itself was beautiful, and the view from our room was incredible—we could see the volcano in the distance (I believe it’s called Popocatépetl). What truly made our experience special was the amazing staff. We had to leave early for a long drive from Puebla to Villahermosa, and they kindly prepared a delicious breakfast to-go for both of us. Not only that, the chef went the extra mile and made the oatmeal I had requested—such thoughtful service! We’ll definitely be coming back for more than just one night next time. Huge thanks to everyone who made our stay memorable. Your kindness really made a difference!

The staff was extremely cordial and helpful. When we decided to just make sandwiches for dinner, they provided plates and silverware. We left an article behind and they helped us to recover it by sending it on to us in Mexico City. Of course, one should not expect luxury, but in its category this B and B offers everything you need—comfortable bed, good water pressure and abundant hot water, convenient location, and a “continental” breakfast that also includes eggs prepared to order. Also, convenient parking right across the street for a small additional charge (about US $6).
