The limitless food and drink options, comfortable rooms, exceptional service, extensive pool and beach spaces, and overall beauty. Evening entertainment was solid if not spectacular--but I love that they had evening entertainment. Experiencing "The Table" restaurant (at an extra price) was amazing--a truly unique and memorably good experience.

Hotel Solana Bacalar Lakefront se nachází v destinaci Bacalar a má soukromou pláž, terasu, bar a vybavení pro vodní sporty. The Location and Facilities were amazing. Staff is super friendly and helpful. We had the upstairs apartment that has two bedrooms, and it had the best views of Bacalar. We had our own huge balcony with a table that sits six with the best view. The restaurant just opened a couple of months ago; the food was delicious. The Shrimp Tacos are a must. Chef Cristian did an amazing job with the dishes. They have a nice double deck to enjoy your time at the lake. We will definitely come back.

The design of this hotel is really something. Its so inconspicuous when you see the outside door. As soon as you enter it’s something else. Also one of the best things was the included breakfast.

I loved everything, the location, the staff. I especially want to mention Pablo, who provides exceptional service. I would love to come back.

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was perfect in every way. It’s a family-run business and the hosts were simply amazing—so warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. They helped us immediately with anything we needed. The room was spacious, clean, and cleaned daily. We especially enjoyed the pool and the beautiful rooftop terrace—definitely a highlight! Breakfast each morning was delicious and the perfect way to start the day. Free drinking water is another big plus! We liked it so much that we extended our stay by two more nights. Highly recommended—would come back in a heartbeat!

It's a bit off the main track, so it's quiet, and the staff go out of their way to make everything the best it can be. They are on top of everything you could need right away. The place was adorable, such a nice garden with pool, a (small) outdoor kitchen with some tables in the shadow.. Very nice! The kids loved the pool, the room was big enough. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
