Location wise, it would be nice if breakfast is available which wad suggested to the staff at the reception. If the purpose of the visit is in relation to the Lanzones Festival, the location is not bad. But outside of the festival, the location is not ideal as most of the attractions are on the opposite end.

Responsive owner, Domenico has been in the hospitality business some time and it shows with the pride and attention to detail in his property. Moped rental recomemded 5-10 minutes to White Island port and the airport. Cute resident dogs are a bonus :-) Starlink installation has recently happened so it would make a good base for nomads, given that and the bungalow size, bedroom, dining (work) area and outdoor space.
