I had an amazing stay. From the moment I arrived, Sophie and Stefan were welcoming, warm, and happy to help with whatever might be needed. Bed was comfortable, everything spotless, breakfast was great and family dinners were delicious (and fun!)

Die in der Region Insel Pico in São Roque do Pico gelegene Unterkunft Casavó bietet kostenloses WLAN. In twenty plus years with booking.com this was the best apartment we have stayed in. All of the minor annoyances we usually encounter were not there. The ensuite had a fair sized cubicle with a good shower and a basket for toiletries, there was a lot of storage space, flat surfaces near the hand basin for your toiletries, hooks on the wall and even a proper plug which worked. The sofa provided comfortable seating for both of us as did the table and four chairs. There was a wardrobe with sufficient shelves and hanging space for two people with proper wooden coat hangers not the usual pin and socket type loved by hotels. The kitchenette is extremely well equipped with oven, induction hob, full size fridge and microwave so as to enable full self catering. There are even four bins - three dedicated to recycling. The apartment is well soundproofed both internally and externally (with the windows closed obviously). Wifi reception is excellent. This is also access to a laundry containing both washing machine and a dryer as well as the usual drying racks. Finally due to self check in we did not meet the owner but he was in constant communication with us and quickly responded to any message.

The host is extremely nice and kind, helping me with laundry service, renting bike and hailing taxi etc. As I need to get up early before breakfast time to climb mount pico, she even prepared snacks and sandwich for me. The facility is top with fully equipped kitchen and pleasant common area. The majority of guests are Germans.

Gelegen in Piedade, bietet die Unterkunft Adega do capitao einen Garten, kostenloses WLAN, einen Zimmerservice und einen Conciergeservice. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit hier. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe renoviert und sehr gut ausgestattet worden. So haben wir uns auch bei schlechtem Wetter gerne dort aufgehalten. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Gastgeberin, die immer erreichbar und mit vielen hilfreichen Tips zur Verfügung stand. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft Quinta da Baía - AL, die in Arrife gelegen ist, bietet eine Veranda / Patio und kostenloses WLAN. The location was excellent. Great views from the balcony across the bay. Lovely apartment which was well equipped. Our washing dried super quick outside with the help of the Azorian breeze! Christina was lovely and she lent us her binoculars too. Car parking space next to the apartment.
