Place was lovely, very modern clean rooms, everyday cleaning service, air conditioner. We’ve been welcomed with sparkling wine and left with goodbye gift. If you have a birthday, you may count on a sweet surprise. There was a mini bar, kitchen with microwave and electric plate and small fridge, also espresso maker with excellent quality of coffee, kitchen utensils allowed for some cooking. The view showed surrounding hotel and ocean in the distance. I really enjoyed the 2 min. walk to the rooftop restaurant for breakfast because the view is amazing from there. The breakfast offered wide variety of products and meals, with porridge and some things for sandwich ( cheese, ham or marmalade/nuttella, home-made yogurt). There were also couple of positions a la carte and lots of sweet options. Coffee was also of great quality. I can’t comment on most of the meals because I am vegan and none of the meals a la carte was vegan, also it was possible to eat a sandwich only with marmalade or tomato/pepper for me the rest was just cheese and ham. I saw many people including my partner enjoyed that a lot, but if you are following vegan diet it may be cheaper to skip the breakfast option and buy yourself pack of oats and fruits because coffee is in the room anyway. However, the restaurant view was outstanding and I quite enjoyed that restaurant anyway. They always had a plant based milk so at least a porridge and fresh maracuja. The roof jacuzzi looked autor louring but I didn’t used it, bathing robes are included though as well as a daily ticket to natural swimming pools. We preferred a bit more the cachalote pools that were nearby so didn’t use the it but is is a very nice option closer to the hotel. The hotel also offers spa and massage if someone wish, as well as a little cowork area if you work remotely. WiFi was also excellent. In general, it was excellent and I would totally recommend to everyone to stay there.

Perfect location, very nice hotel with rooftop including pool and restaurant, very good reception and friendly people. Enjoyed a lot our stay and will recommend this place to our friends.

Auf einer Klippe und mit einem Blick auf den Atlantischen Ozean erwartet Sie dieses Designhotel in einem renovierten traditionellen Bauernhaus. Wir sind gut erholt wieder zurück in der schweiz. Vielen dank noch einmal für den tollen service. Selbst das tierische knuddeln ist nicht zu kurz gekommen. 🐕🐈

Gelegen in Machico, 500 m von Strand Pedradeira, verfügt die Unterkunft S A L - Beach Apartments Caniçal über einen Stadtblick. Everything was great. The room was so big and bright. We even had a view of the sea from the balcony. Pedro was super helpful and welcoming.

Located on Rib. Da Janela’s stunning tropical hillside, this place was a simple yet very comfortable getaway on the road. Especially the host, Vânia, made us feel very welcome and at ease — she helped out with a bunch, and we wanna thank her for that! Will be back.

Die Unterkunft Casa do Avô verfügt über einen Balkon mit Bergblick, einen Garten sowie Grillmöglichkeiten und befindet sich in Ponta do Sol, nahe Strand Lugar de Baixo und 14 km von Cabo Girão... Ausgesprochen sauber! Abesitzerin ist sehr bemüht und immer erreichbar. Gibt auch tolle Tipps! Schöne Aufteilung mit den 2 getrennten Wohneinheiten.

Die in Santa Cruz gelegene Unterkunft Villas Madalena Chalets vista mar cWiFi ist 1,2 km von Strand Praia das Palmeiras und 19 km von Yachthafen Funchal entfernt. Very neat apartments, all necessary dishes and tools in the kitchen. Not far from the main road, the planes were not so noisy, they did not interfere with the rest
