We ask to get the Keys at a specific hours and someone was there on time to give us the Keys and all the instructions. Some little extra with 2 free sodas in a mini fridge and free cofee. To sum up, a great expérience.

We booked on short notice and couldn't check in early but the hosts were very kind to let us store luggage inside before we could check in
