Tasteful and very high quality finish on all fittings and furniture. Location use fantastic for Mass Gen. The room was beautiful, everything you touch is made of great material. The quality shines through. Immaculately clean and crisp. Soft textured bedding. Heavy and robust handles, black and white trim throughout, subtly branded accessories. Interesting books and art. Top quality custom moisturiser. The Whitney is one of my 3 favourite hotels in Boston, with the other two being the Eliot and the Omni Seaport.

Die Hilfsbereitschaft von allen für das Hotel verantwortlichen Personen, die Gewissheit, 24/7 gut aufgehoben und absolut sicher zu sein. Besonders, da wir durch eigenes Zeit-Umrechnen eine Nacht zuwenig gebucht hatten, und vom night-porter Gerry absolut kompetent welcher mit seinen tipps uns geholfen hat, per taxi ins Suithotel by Hilton gefahren zu werden. Da haben wir uns ebenso gut aufgehoben gefühlt..Auch dort war es einfach nur schön,und alles hat dazu beigetragen, im braincenter of the USA ein neues Bild von North America zu erleben. Optimal gelegen im Zentrum von Boston, bietet die Unterkunft Raffles Boston klimatisierte Zimmer, ein Fitnesscenter, eine Terrasse und kostenloses WLAN. I am a very capricious customer. It’s really hard to make me happy. But finally, I found an exceptional hotel where I was completely satisfied and couldn’t find any negatives. First of all, in my comments I noted about my sleep issues and required the quiet room. For two nights I didn't hear a single noise. They made sure that we don't have neighbors and provided us away from the elevators. Secondly, we haven't seen any housekeeping neither in the floor nor in our room. But every single time we returned, it was cleaned, and they brought us some sweet treats, which made my 7-year-old boy very happy. Thirdly, the receptionist, the concierge, and the bell staff were extremely kind and helpful. The bell staff opened the door, helped with luggage, and asked if we needed any assistance each time. The very first moment, one of them politely asked if it was our first time and gave directions to the check-in floor. Also, the person who checked us in did his best, and we were able to check in early. He kindly offered to hold our bags while we took a quick walk to Totte across the road. I was happy and satisfied. I travel a lot and often.

The place was very cozy and it was close to all the beaches. Everything in the cottage was right at your fingertips and the bed was very comfortable. We'll be planning to stay again soon. It made an early birthday getaway spectacular.
