The welcoming, the friends staff, the beautiful view from the room and from the restaurant. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There is an elevator and also a storage room for the luggage before or after check in if you want to stay a bit longer. The hotel has also parking space and it is close to the center of Ascona (short uphill walk from it). I didn't had the time to check but there should be also swimming pool, sauna and hot steam.
