United KingdomVery helpful, friendly staff. Our arrival was well before the 3pm check-in. However, we were able to leave our luggage at reception in a secure luggage store. The same was true on the day of our departure. Our room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and quiet. We had a small kitchen area with tea & coffee making facilities, toaster, sink, washing machine, fridge, and dishwasher. We also had a small sofa with side table as well as bench seating with a larger table to eat at. There was very little noise from inside or outside the hotel despite being very close to the train line and Conference Centre. Good rail links (only about a 15-minute train journey to/from Köln Bonn airport) and approximately 10 to 15 minutes on foot across the bridge to old town Cologne. The pool is a very nice facility to have access to, also very clean and, at the time of our visit, not busy. We didn't use the sauna or gym, however, both looked well kept. Would definitely stay again.

GreeceFirst of all, the staff was really kind and helpful. Secondly the room I stayed at was lovely, spacious and very clean . The bed was very big and comfortable and the bathroom was simply amazing! The hotel is located in a nice and safe area, close to the city centre and the Köln Hbf (15mins on foot or ~10mins by public transport. The Heumarkt Station is a mere 2 minutes walk, the ride is only 2 stops and then another minute or two on foot until you reach the Central Station). There are also many cafes and places to eat nearby, as well as a Rewe supermarket.

Great location, short walk to the tram into Köln, a supermarket over the road, a larger supermarket with a petrol station 5 mins drive away. Friendly, helpful staff good food in the restaurant, great breakfast buffet, a swimming pool. The kids loved it too.

Nice cozy hotel for a good price. Parking on site for 11 euros. There is a sauna and a small swimming pool, it is really hot in the sauna, there were almost no people in the evening and we had a good rest.
There is a tram stop nearby which can take you to the center in 25-30 minutes. There are supermarkets across the road.
In general, we were satisfied with everything and will stay there in the future.

Fantastic apartment with a spacious bedroom, a large living dining room and a balcony. It was perfectly located five minutes walk from the Dom and the train station. The apartment block had an excellent swimming pool, gym, sauna and restaurants/bar. Kitchen had all the utensils you may require and ample seating and x2 televisions. There are full time elderly residents there as well and they were very friendly, as were the reception staff.

Spacious apartment with separate lounge room and bedroom, small kitchen and large bathroom. Much bigger than a typical hotel room or most "hotel" apartments. Has an outdoor balcony with table and chairs too. Clean and set up nicely. Very close to the cathedral and central station. Also has a swimming pool, gym and sauna. The Residenz is half hotel and half rented apartments for the elderly. So don't be surprised by the number of older folk you see there. Overall, a nice place to stay.

The hotel is amazing with spacious and modern rooms, very nice indoor swimming pool. Great location as well, has 2 restaurants by the river. We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to stay again!
