IndiaThe room was comfortable, the decor was gorgeous, cleanliness was 10/10, the staff were professional, inviting and helpful, the breakfast was brilliant, we enjoyed a cocktail in the sky bar, the lift was quickly fixed after it wasn't in service, the foyer is stunning and the on site restaurants provided a nice variety of quality food, the spa was beautiful and the pool clean and well maintained, all the spa facilities were working properly and the touch of free drinks was lovely.

Very comfortable stay on campus. Used for conferences, but to the standard of a good hotel. The swimming pool is an Edwardian masterpiece, located just round the corner. You need to phone to find out times and to book - details from reception.

Excellent location, handy for Birmingham City Centre. A nice clean room with everything I needed including a desk I could work at. Good breakfast. The use of the nearby Edwardian swimming pool was a real bonus.

Breakfast and dinner was good. Swimming pool and fitness centre area was also good. Rooms were a little dated. The wall had a mark on it that looked disgusting. The bed was uncomfortable.
