Very nice and helpful owner, always present and ready to help. Very clean outdoor swimming pool is such a joy on a hot Tbilissi summer day. Homemade breakfast feels like you are invited to a Georgian mother's home. There is a place to park your car inside the gated yard, kids can run around safely on the grass.

The whole hotel seems very new/maintened. Breakfast was wonderful. Staff has been very kind and always ready to comply our needs. Nice indoor swimming pool and sauna facilities.

Nice property with extremely friendly and helpful staff 24/7. Nice buffet on 7th floor. Location is a little out of the city center, however only a short drive away ( it is actually walking distance - +/- 3 Km away )
