Helped us with booking the best restaurants on the island and helped us with taxis etc! You can order food and drinks to your villa at a more than reasonable price. The private pool is certainly big enough to swim around in and it’s amazing! Such a relaxing place!

At first, we were unsure whether to book this hotel, but after staying here, we can confidently say that if we return to Kos Island, we will definitely stay here again. The food is also excellent – there’s no need to look for a place to eat outside. The manager is always present and hands-on (honestly, you won’t find such a dedicated manager available 24/7 at any other hotel), and the bellboys are super sweet. To be honest, we loved every single member of the staff. Huge thanks to everyone!

We were able to book taxis from the reception which was incredibly useful.
The entire hotel was clean all the time with the exception of the pool which had a bit of dirt on our first day- probably because the hotel had just opened for the season.

The beach is just a short walk away, with plenty of options for sunbeds. You can either rent them directly or enjoy free use at the beach clubs when you order food and drinks.
The hotel’s restaurant is also reasonably priced, and the food quality is very good.
We originally booked for one night due to limited availability, but we enjoyed it so much that we came back the next day and extended our holiday for three more nights. We truly wanted to spend more time in Kos, and especially at Aegean Houses.

We enjoyed quiet time at our private pool, and could always go to the beach, which is only 5min walk away, with beachside restaurants, too. The room has everything that is needed, and is tastefully decorated. The bed is comfy, and the little shaded verandah a perfect spot for breakfast. Communication with the hosts was very friendly and fast, and they made sure we had a great stay. Would definitely come again.

IrelandWe had a wonderful stay at Aphrodite Luxury Suites. We stayed for 7 nights and couldnt fault the accommodation at all. The owner Aphrodite was so kind and was always available if we needed anything. She also gave us many gifts during our stay including local cakes, drinks, fruit etc. She really goes above and beyond!
The suite itself has everything you could ever need. Its perfect. The bikes provided were very useful to cycle into Kos Town etc.
Sad to be leaving but glad I found this place as we will definitely be back!

We stayed for one night only, but it was very comfortable. On the day of check-out, we were allowed to stay at the rooftop bar with the swimming pool and use the shower until our late ferry departure at 8 PM. Great experience!

free wifi . swimming pool good breakfast . good bar .big screen tv at bar. Above all else the staff were very good. about lazy 15 to 20 min walk to harbour and town. pharmacy and mini market next door as well as car and bike rental .

Location was excellent near everything. Room was lovely but if I was going again,
I would book one of the rooms with a bigger balcony which were facing the swimming pool. Breakfast room was lovely very clean staff were amazing. So helpful.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. I loved the outdoor swimming pool. It's great to have the use of swimming robe and be able to hire a swimming towel with a returable deposit. The breakfast were good with plenty of choice. Lovely pool bar for drinks and snacks. Bedrooms were large and well maintained daily. Safe facility. Kettle ,with tea and coffee .
A short walk to the Port and a selection of great restaurants. Shops nearby. Supermarket next door.

The property is brand new, it is beautifully designed and furnished to a very high standard. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked for entertaining. There are numerous covered outdoor areas to lounge and eat. The swimming pool is a great size for the villa, with a shallow area for relaxing and a swim jet for swimming. The views of the sunrise and sunset from the villa are incredible.
