The villa is brand new (we were the very first guests), with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms with great amenities. TurkeyBoutique and luxurious! Spotlessly clean rooms and friendly staff… Everyone was so warm and welcoming that it made us feel absolutely amazing. At first, we were unsure whether to book this hotel, but after staying here, we can confidently say that if we return to Kos Island, we will definitely stay here again. The food is also excellent – there’s no need to look for a place to eat outside. The manager is always present and hands-on (honestly, you won’t find such a dedicated manager available 24/7 at any other hotel), and the bellboys are super sweet. To be honest, we loved every single member of the staff. Huge thanks to everyone!

Quality of foods in launch and dinner are also really high. All people in front desk and restraunt were super kind and helpful. We stayed in the maisonette with its own pool, which was well maintained by an amazing man that couldn’t do enough for you! The hotel staff were all friendly (contradicts what reviews I read prior to the stay). Breakfast had a great variety of options but cannot comment on the remainder of the food as we were breakfast only. Shop on site that provides the options to buy waters/snacks etc at reasonable prices.

Comfortable adults only hotel right on the beach. Two swimming pools with lots activities which we liked. It’s easy to go for a swim on the beach right in front of the hotel. The gym was well equipped.

The property is in a splendid location. The views from the pool area are spectacular. Being on higher ground the property benefits from a cooling breeze. The swimming pool is a good size and the gardens are large, well maintained and pleasant. The apartment is well equipped, save for a dishwasher which I don't regard as essential. The pool is shared by only two apartments, which makes for a very peaceful and relaxing place.

in a wonderful atmosphere, with kind and professional staff, the best place to recharge your batteries. Not crowded at the pool, there were always free deckchairs. The reception was very helpful. They helped with booking boat trips and car rental. The rooms were spacious and clean. We had an extremely good time.

Amazing holiday staying at this great location. We will be back!!
Fantastic place for a family holiday or a group of friends. Just 5 minutes drive from the town centre and the marina. We were made welcome from the moment we arrived. Great location, great people, and we really loved the pool and the outdoor fireplace where we enjoyed some wine with an amazing view!
