Rooms very clean and very nice. The location is simply perfect. Also the swimming pool was a nice addition.
Hotel offers a really nice restaurant for lunch/dinner with great views.

Romantica mansion with a nice garden and swimming pool in a reall nice place close to the Lake Como with own parking. The apartment was absolutely clean and fully equipped with everything you need for a life.
The owners are really kind and helpful with all request and questions. The mansion is close to the noisy road, the sleeping room is, however, on the opposite side and it's no problem with the noise within nights. We would like to spend more time in and will be back in the future for sure.

The place is as advertised. Rooms are spacious and clean. The location is probably the best part.
There is a lovely little pedestrian zone right in front of the hotel.
It is convenient starting point for the lake visit, but also not a bad spot for people planning to stay in just one place.
Parking is not free and as everywhere else in lake Como, it has to be paid from 9AM till 7PM, if I remember the hours correctly.
Swimming pool looks great and I can imagine in the hot summer months must be very refreshing.

Beautiful, spacious apartment with excellent facilities inside and surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden with swimming pool, table tennis table and shady arbor. The owners live next door and were super friendly and helpful. The apartment is a five minute walk from the lakeside, ten minute walk to the ferry stop. Lenno is a very pretty town and so much more relaxing than Bellagio or Ravenna. The local bus stop is 100 yards away.
