I usually don't write long reviews, but the stay was absolutely exceptional. Even before arrival, the staff went above and beyond, accommodating a slightly earlier check-in to take a work call. Their real-time, efficient and very friendly communication made every request effortless, and their warm hospitality truly set this apart. The room was simply stunning. Large, very high ceilings, lots of natural light, and beautifully curated design furniture create that atmosphere of Italian elegance. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, making it a very comfortable space you really enjoy spending time in. The location is also convenient, with easy access to both the airport and the city center, in a less touristy area offering a more authentic Naples experience, and at the same time very safe, walkable, and with lots of local restaurants and cafés.

Domenico is the perfect host. The apartment is very modern, comfortable. The bathroom is especially nice. There was little bar with drinks and snaks in the warderobe. You may think that the jewelry of this property is the pool, it actually it was the attitude. The yard is very big and well maintained, the fence is from some kind of plant and reduces the noise from the street. The pool is amazing. There is also small decking terrace and outside furniture that made the stay very pleasant. Domenico helped with answers of all kind of question before arrival, was very attentive and supportive, even went to buy me medicine when I felt sick. He was always removing some garbage, bringing water, drinks, iron, etc. He arranged taxis for very low prices and even after we checked out helped my friend get a taxi to the airport for 04.30 in the morning. He is really nice man and made my stay very comfortable. The region is very good, close to metro, shops, bakeries, etc.

The staff at reception is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and an ample selection. House keeping was super and the rooms were very clean and everyday everything was verified and where necessary re-filled. The rooms are large and very well furnished. Sound-proofing was good as the are is noisy at night.

The staff absolutely exceeded our expectations. I informed the hotel that it was my husband's birthday and they gave us a free upgrade of the room + tray/platter of fruits sent to the room with 2 heart-shaped balloons and a happy birthday card. It was such a sweet gesture from the staff & hotel. It made our stay even more wonderful and made us not only fall in love with the city of Naples, but also with the people of Naples! Love, love, love! The 2 girls at the reception were lovely and organised most of those (apologies, I cannot recall the names, but I believe it was Amelia and Anna). The guy who took us to our room was just brilliant, a genuinely nice person. He took the time out to explain to us how to get the metro, which app to download and where to get off to get to the main city of Naples. He even came back to give us a map with train lines, which was super helpful. He went above and beyond; I wish I could recall his name (it has now been nearly a month since we have been there, so my memory with names is falling a bit :( The room was gorgeous (jacuzzi in the bedroom which we took full advantage of every single day after a long day out in Naples). The bed was very comfy. The spa was gorgeous (we had 1 hour free everyday and we went everyday); it was never crowded, most of the time it was just the two of us and occasionally 1 more person.
