JapanThe location was very convenient — just a few minutes’ walk from the ADO bus terminal. There is also a nice park nearby that seems to be the center of the town, with many restaurants around it. The colectivo stop for Chichén Itzá is also within walking distance.
There was also a bank nearby, and I was able to withdraw cash from the ATM around 9 PM without any problem.
Basically, most things are within a few minutes’ walk.
I arrived at night, and the staff kindly told me that I could pay the next day, which was very helpful.
The hostel has a kitchen and a water dispenser, which is very useful. I didn’t use it myself, but they can also help you book tours.
The staff were very kind and always explained things clearly when I had questions.

Lovely little hotel. The garden/terrace, nice swimming pool. Comfortable rooms but most of al the extremely helpful and friendly staff. Lovely place. Wish we could stay longer.

Beautiful building and wonderful staff. We loved the clean swimming pool. The rooms downstairs are huge. The staff and the owner are the nicest people. The breakfast is delicious. We liked the location, within a 20-minute walk from the center. Just be aware that when it rains it is good to wear sandals/flip flops as the streets get flooded (the sidewalks are still ok, though). Overall, great experience.

Very cute hotel with swimming pool, walking distance to the downtown. Rooftop restaurant and bar is very nice. Daily housekeeping service.

Beautiful property in Valladolid. The rooms were lovely and it has a great swimming pool and outdoor chill area. Secure parking and a great breakfast!

Great sized rooms, lovely outdoor area, good breakfast and the staff were exceptionally helpful.
There was space to park the car outside the front of the property.
There are two swimming pools and spaces with sun loungers, plus a balcony out the front of each room that was nice to sit on first thing in the morning.
The staff were super helpful, giving us really good tips on places to visit that were less touristy and more beautiful than the ones we had heard of before arriving.
