The room is very spacious, well decorated, flawless clean with super comfortable bedding. Sunny bright with its large sliding door on the balcony with great open view but also dark (blockout curtains) and quiet for a high quality sleep.
The common areas are also very peaceful and decorated with taste and great mix of modern and local touch.
You can only feel good here :)

NetherlandsBest hospitality experience! Joao and his mother made us feel like we were guests at a friend's house. Communication was great, the hotel is at a very convenient location not far from Lisbon, Porto and Coimbra. The rooms are designed nicely and had everything we needed. We had wine tasting too. Joao nicely explained and answered all our questions. Breakfast was delicious, pancakes were freshly prepared by Paola also we could make tea with the herbs collected from their garden. It was a friend's birthday, and they made a cake for us as a surprise.😍 This place is a gem and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants some tranquility in their life.

Definitely only bring a small bag with what u need very difficult with a case sue to cobblestone the property is up a small side road on a hill not good for anyone with mobility issues. Tea and coffee and water available in small kitchen downstairs

Amazing apartments with amazing views. Only few meters to very nice beach. In apartments you can find everything what you need. Brand new and very clean. Communication with host very easy and fast. Free parking outside, small shop, heated swimming pool.

Good , peaceful stay. Rustic in a good way. Breakfast was ok. Good recommandations from the tenants on the area . Swimming pool area is nice with a good view and privacy. Good base to explore around notably Obidos which is charming and not yet totally spoiled by turism

I like the common area (living room), breakfast, garden, tennis court and swimming pool, and they accommodated my last minute late check out. Super friendly staff and nice, classic place! You got to meet some other guests and converse with them.

Amazing level of hospitality. The owner is a very nice guy, who gave us a few tips, where to dine around Obidos. The place has a nice swimming pool area. The check-out is until 12 and the breakfast was amazing, full of variety. It is a bit out from Obidos town, but nothing unreachable by car. For us, a great location to avoid busy touristic centre of Obidos.
