We’ve never stayed anywhere like this before. Everything was perfect—from the breathtaking view to the exceptional service.

* Contemporary architecture and smart villa layout
* Warm, attentive staff who made us feel truly pampered
* Exquisite daily breakfast prepared in-villa
* Spacious 3-bedroom villa with full privacy, an infinity pool, and even a private outdoor cinema
We booked for our family of four and were upgraded to a 3-bedroom villa upon arrival. Perched on the outer edge of a steep hill, it felt like we had the place to ourselves. The golf cart service made moving up & down the hill easy.
Our villa was incredible:
The top floor had a spacious living area, wooden deck, and 15-meter infinity pool—perfect for swimming or simply gazing at the ocean. Below, each bedroom had its own en-suite bathroom (one with outdoor bath, one with outider bathroom —all beautifully designed for full privacy.
Special thanks to Sa, Ann, Aeng & team for their outstanding service. Sa prepared fresh breakfast every morning in our villa (fruit, granola, croissants, eggs, toast, cappuccino, ...), making us feel like we had our own private butler. Ann & Aeng supported us throughout the stay via a dedicated WhatsApp chat—helping arrange lunch, massages, and transport (Grab worked well for rides and food).
Downsides?
Honestly, none.
We made unforgettable memories here—a once-in-a-lifetime vacation.
One tip: provide the pool-cleaning staff with a safe way to cross the pool—currently they walk along an unprotected edge above a 15m drop, which feels truly unsafe/uncomfortable to witness.

Private beach (in my opinion one of the best on Ko Samui), yummy food, hostel rooms very clean, comfortable and sleeping there was really nice. Free drinking water for guests in the shared kitchen as well! Jerome helped with everything and I am so happy I spent my time on Ko Samui here. I truly think this was better than 90% of accomodations I’ve ever visited throughout Asia, and I definitely will be coming back here. 11/10

The garden is so beautiful!! The rooms are spacious, have a nice balcony. The swimming pool is nice, in a very nice setting. Lots of restaurants nearby, including the best one for us!

Pleasant quiet. In walking distance to limou. Beach is nice. Beautiful coffee down the road. Lovely quiet swimming pool. If you want to relax this is the place for you.

Hotel is situated in an quite area, there are some cafes and restaurants as well as the Grandfather and Grandmother's Rock, all within walking distance. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. There are 2 swimming pools, a gym, a small spa and a little library. Complimentary shuttle bus at 11am and 5pm to Lamai Beach and also one at 11am to Chaweng.
The rooms look new, probably the hotel did some refurbishment, our plunge pool room is very spacious and clean with a huge bed, view from the room is beautiful especially at sunset!

Amazing pool with a swim up bar. Drinks and snacks available in the room at very reasonable prices. Great sized room with comfortable bed. Staff were fantastic, very polite and helpful e.g., carrying bags. We could easily walk to the main area / beach etc.

Friendly service all around! Beautiful gardens / trees.The pool & swim-up bar was great. Enjoyed our happy hour cocktails. Loved the quiet small beach, it's beautiful with its big rocks.The free kayak was a bonus. A few good restaurants within walking distance, about 1.5km walk to Lamai. Rooms were a good size, aircon great, bath & swim towels provided. Preferred the location that's a bit quieter than Lamai.

Good swimming pool. Nice outdoor reception area. Easy to rent a motorcycle and also good for boat tickets to Koh Samui.
Wen on reception is very helpful and explains everything about the facilities. Wen was also able to change a non-refundable boat ticket when we we unable to travel on the booked date.
Room facilities are also good.

Superb stay for our honeymoon, staff were attentive and looked after us extremely well. Some have commented on the location but we felt for a short stay the resort offers a tranquil environment with breathtaking views, the trade off being that you are on top of a large steep hill. Jumpee was a beautiful villa and we really enjoyed the luxury of having our own swimming pool and outdoor spa bath.

Nice location central lamai beach with two swimming pools and direct beach access. Very large room with outdoor patio for enjoying a drink. Plenty of restaurants nearby from breakfast through dinner and late night bars.
