There has been a significant investment in the main residences. Beautiful lobby with a calming oasis with a waterfall that you can walk through. 2 spacious swimming pools with beach chairs or double beds where you can enjoy in the sun or shade.
Very friendly and helpful staff. After a complaint about hygiene, I received a free upgrade to the best room in the hotel (suite).

nice room planning
Bath in the bathroom (not very clean due to it's age, but very useful to have)
Clean bed linen and towels
Big size balcony
2 Washing machines right in the building (40 THB)
Swimming pool (need to refresh tiles, please, otherwise painful to get in)

Very close to the sea (not very clean unfortunately) and to Terminal 21 and both ways tuk-tuk/ singles stops
Kids room
Kids trampoline and pleasant mini-fountain near reception

Direct Access to Beach on one side, and road on the other.
Very beautiful inside hotel. Also has indoor waterfall
Superb lavish breakfast. Regularly replenished. Breakfast room is also large.
5 swimming pools with splendid views
Tuktuk / Transport stop just outside hotel, gives easy access to attractions and restaurants in Pattaya.
Very safe, and suitable for families
Water sports available from beach just outside hotel
Large Shopping Mall near hotel

A very modern apartment, clean , with the beautiful furniture plus a very advanced equipment and - the fantastic view from the balcony.
The beach is almost private , a very good gym , the outdoor swimming pool etc etc :)
The owner is very helpful and attentive to the details .
