AustraliaAll I can say is WOW. I was not expecting this level of cleanliness, comfort and high quality service and decor from an apartment holiday rental. The name really lives up to its name, Belek LUXURY,
The apartment was spotless, cleaner than many 5 star hotels I’ve stayed. The bonus was when we found out there’s no shoes worn in the apartment.
Everything was of high quality, the bed linen was beautifully woven Cotton, and so crisp and white. The furniture land apartments look so new. The grounds are very well kept and the pool looks delightful. I loved how secure the property is, surrounded by high security fencing and a secured gate at entry.
Now the service. Wow what amazing service. Mohsin, the manager of the property, went far and beyond our expectations. He greeted us at the gate and took our bags. Shows us around and offered his help at anytime. He even provided us with extra blankets and towels for the kids. The fridge was filled with water and juice box, everything was so thoughtfully considered.
Mohsin was like a protected father, when we couldn’t get a taxi he dropped us off at the theme park which was so conveniently close. Everything is close by, shopping centre. Land of legends, restaurant, everything is less then 7 min away.
Mohsin stayed up for us when we were out late, and offered to pick us up, such a wonderful person. The apartment has air conditioning in every room, and when there was a power outage at 3am in the morning, Mohsin answered his phone immediately and went outside to check what the problem was, it was a power outage out of his control, some electric company issue that this was fixed within 30min. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when I return to Antalya. Such beautiful and humble hospitality in a beautify modern and extremely clean complex with all the amenities you need. And the price was amazing. You’d pay 5 times as much for a resort that had the same modern and clean finishes and amazing service

Excellent location (free beach shuttle: towels, free beach beds+umbrella), clean own swimming pool with slides; nice breakfast, 24/7 free drinks (water, tea, juice); very clean room, shower with all the necessities (shower gel, shampoo, cap, soap, etc.); very cosy balcony with the small table and 2 chairs; handy wire to dry the swimming suits, etc. A very friendly and supportive personal! My HUGE thank you for the hotel team for the comfortable stay! My confident recommendation for the other guests!

The facility is amazing, a proper water park that has it all for all family members , wave pool and the slides were amazing and it has an elevator to go up to , the kids water park was so nice , a massive swimming pool and another quite swimming pool, beach for kids , the night shows was so entertaining , the common areas was so family friendly

Good location, services, food, and staff. The location beside the land of Legend Park is a plus. First night the bed was making some noise I asked the reception to change the room which they happily did. Kids enjoyed swimming pools and aqua slides.

Fantastic time to be at the property, since it was pre-season. We loved the room, huge and clean. The swimming pools, kids club, the small water park, all were super well maintained and clean.
We loved the choice of drinks, cocktails etc. The food buffet was different everyday and always someone we could grab a bite.
It is a golf resort, but we were there for a family holiday with another family, so quite nice that it is less busy in the days and the bars are really buzzing in the evenings, good fun !
Absolutely enjoyed the stay!

Excellent facilities and activities for families with kids of all ages. Our kids enjoyed mostly the slides, swimming pool, banana boat, foam party. Food is good. Staff is friendly.

A great place for family holidays. Wonderful location, warm sea, great swimming pools and water slides, delicious food and great selection of drinks. A very good service. No complaints whatsoever. An additional thank you for letting some members of our family to check in earlier after long overnight travel.

I liked the fact they have awosme arcades games and play station which is included in all inclusive. Breakfast lunch and dinner amazing. And Nysa bar with lots of milkshakes and ice cream plus the cafe bar.
The room was kept clean and staff were helpful and polite. The hotel is like Disney amazing.
They also have nice indoor pool in spa area.
We loved the shuttle bus to Rixos at 1pm every day we booked to go there and enjoyed the swimming pool and outdoor pool.

We stayed in a swim up room with our 2 daughters. The room was large and clean, the pool was really nice and warm. The hotel offers facilities for families with kids and adults : 3 outdoor pools, waterslides , playgrounds, parties for kids, pool activities, great cocktails.The beach is really nice, warm water, sand with no stones. The staff is very helpful. For sure we will return next year.
