We had a problem with our AC (to heat up the apartman a bit) and everyone was so helpful and fixed it. I just must recommend this! :-)

The hotel is close to the beach. There is a beach with free umbrellas
Marmaris is famous for its nightlife. Therefore, the sound continues until midnight. If you are considering Marmaris, I suggest you pay attention to this situation. It is not a problem for us.

We booked the suite with panoramic breathtaking view with balcony for our evening relaxation. The breakfast it was fresh, healthy and tasty.
The staff amazing, they were keeping perfect clean the place and they were changing everyday our towels. The owners were extremely friendly and polite too. Is a place that you will not regret any penny, I guarantee that.

South AfricaWe were travelling in Turkey with two other couples (childhood friends). I had booked three rooms - one each for each couple. Whilst in Turkey, my wife's mom passed away and we had to return home to South Africa immediately, the day before we were due to check in. When told of this unfortunate incident, the hotel management immediately refunded my room (the cash was in my account before we arrived home) and gave my travel companions an upgrade to their room! I cannot thank this hotel enough for this simple and yet awesome gesture.

Brilliant customer service. A wide range of choice for food.
Unlimited drinks, ice cream. Access to three swimming pools. Free access to sauna and the gym.
Indoor pool was good for avoiding the sun at peak times.
Hotel lobby was big and plenty of space to chill in AC.
Cafe in the hotel ensured that guests have access to hot and cold drinks all day.
Entertainment in the evenings.
Access to VIP area to celebrate special occasions (we celebrated two birthdays).

Very clean hotel. Staff are amazing. My kids became unwell and they helped by advising what to ask the pharmacy and read the instructions for the medicine prescribed. For breakfast my daughter only wanted fruit and they were happy to give her what she wanted. We were well looked after. The kids play room was really good. The beach only 2 mins walk. The indoor swimming pool was a lot of fun. I loved this hotel.
