The Pool Club Manager, Cennet, Andac, and Alp made a lasting impression with their great communication skills, friendliness, and dedication to service. The atmosphere was always wonderful every time we arrived at the restaurant, and all our wishes were fulfilled with a smile and true customer service spirit.
Breakfast service was first-class thanks to the entire staff, but we got to know Cennet and Ahmet especially well due to their outstanding service.
Our time at Susona was unforgettable, and we will definitely return – especially because of the amazing staff. Thank you much, 10/5.

The owners are incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel at home – even allowing a late checkout at no extra charge. The location is great with direct access to the sea, and the restaurant serves tasty homemade food. Rooms are spacious and well-equipped with a fridge, washing machine, and good air conditioning. Everything was clean and well looked after, and parking on site was easy. Overall, excellent value for money in the Bodrum area and a place we’d happily return to.

PakistanIt was good, neat and clean and very modern and good value for Money. The location was good. Almost 3 mins away from the main beach/market and right in front of the windmills. You’ll have to take a taxi though if you have children with you to get to the main beach which will charge 150 lira which is the minimum in Bodrum.

High quality all-inclusive resort. Great for families; the waterpark is incredible, nice kids club, great swimming pools and beach. The buffet is excellent with endless choices and the quality of food is high. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Beautiful resort located in a greenery area on the side of a mountain and clean beach. It has many rooms with different levels on the mountain side. It has 5 or 6 swimming pools, gyms, free parking and kids entertainment facilities. It also has multiple diners that serve food almost all day as part of the Ultra inclusive rent. The staff are very cooperative and friendly. I would rate all of these facts more than 10 stars.
