Seamless check-in process, with prompt communication from management - the use of WhatsApp, in addition to the usual email and booking.com site, was a welcome improvement. The apartment was clean and is exactly as depicted in the pictures shown. The staff was very accommodating and courteous. There is security to ensure safety and control movement within the premises. Overall, the place offered great value for money, and we had a pleasant stay.

Room is so private, clean and has all the TV apps we needed (dstv, showmax, netflix,YouTube). Owner already had his logins. Checking in was simple and owner was very friendly and helpful. It was so peaceful and quiet just what we wanted. Oh yah there's also Luna downstairs if you want to have a good time or have food plus there's a swimming pool. 5min walk to Mall of Africa. Place is perfect and good value for money.
