Our room was huge, we had everything we needed, and the staff here were exceptional. They checked with us every day if we needed something. We only had a few requests but they tended to them immediately. The location was also perfect - outside of the busy center but super close to a bus stop, tram stop, and metro stop, with shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk.

Lebada Luxury Resort & Spa has 4 restaurants, a fitness centre, a bar and shared lounge in Crisan. This 5-star hotel offers room service and a kids' club. Resort itself was very modern and very well decorated, you would feel that you are somewhere else rather than in Romania. Boat trip from car park to resort around 25min was very pleasant and interesting. Welcome drink and little tour was good too and as soon as you enter the lobby a very nice smell hit you which was very nice comfortable. Cleanliness and room was very beautiful and spacious with a nice view. Staff was great and very welcoming. Definitely worth a visit if you looking for a spa relaxation or mind switch off from every day rush. Breakfast were very very rich and so many options to choose from base in the country. Overall food was fresh and tasty also well presented. We have enjoyed our stay in there and we would like to say thank you for making our stay pleasant.

Odlična lokacija, blizu parka Ušče. Res odličen zajtrk. Zelo velika izbira in zelo okusno. Če si v sobi v 7 ali 8 nadstropju, kjer je Hyatt club house lahko dobiš pijačo in hrano na račun hotela. Uporaba savne in bazena in jacuzzija v ceni sobe. V restavraciji spodaj zelo dobri špageti Carbonara. Veliko potujemo po svetu ampak me je ta hotel zelo presenetil, z dodatno ponudbo, ki je že vključena v ceno sobe. Če grem v Beograd bom samo še v tem hotelu.

This is hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed at. It's small, curated, tasteful. The breakfast was out of this world. The staff was amazing. The spa was a slice of paradise. I can't wait to visit again.
