Boasting an indoor and outdoor pool with mineral water and hydromassage jets, Hot Springs Medical and SPA is located in Banya, 5 km from Bansko. I rarely give feedback, but this was one exceptional SPA adventure. This hotel has it all - from delicious food made from local ingredients, cozy rooms and friendly staff to its crown jewel - the outdoor pool with hot thermal/spring water. The pool must have been the most satisfying part of this journey especially during winter time when the temperature of the air outside is low. That is not all - the hotel has quite big number of SPA amenities such as saunas, salt room, contrast showers, etc that make the experience even better. I will definitely come back when there is some snow outside and enjoy the surrounding nature looking from the pool.

Clean and well-equipped rooms with mountain views, a varied spa and a breakfast that is one of the rarest you will find (recommend the legendary avocado toast). Since we are vegetarians, we enjoyed a varied evening menu at the hotel restaurant, I recommend the pastas and salads. The portions are large and the prices are definitely good. The hotel has another luxury restaurant next door, the ''Leonardo''. If you have a fireplace in your room, don't miss having it lit by the hotel, it's an unforgettable experience of the smell of good wood and amazing warmth in the room - for those who come during the snow season. Special thanks to the amazing hotel owner who takes care of every detail and runs the hotel professionally. Booking - please raise the hotel to 9.5, it deserves every star.

Being the only ski-in and ski-out hotel in Bansko, Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko is located in the very heart of the mountain resort, right across the Gondola lift station. Perfect Proximity to the ski lift. Spa, sauna, Jacuzzi and warm pool are exceptional. Tepanyaki Restaurant was absolutely brilliant- kids enjoyed it tremendously and the food was special.

Located 1.5 km from Holy Trinity Church, Luxury SPA Apartments TOP resort Bansko - incl wellness offers ski-to-door access, an outdoor swimming pool and air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony... Amazing apartment and location, away from the main steet, clean fresh air from the forest close by. Spa building is also 2 minutes away. Cleanest accomodation I have ever visited. There are 2 smart TVs, one in each room and you also get instant unlimited hot water from centra gasl water heating, no individual electric boilers in each apartment that take forever to make hot water(common bansko problem) another huge bonus are the long windows courtains, they actually block sunlight and you can sleep in after a long night without problems. The host is an amazing guy, we had some trouble on the road and arrived very late, he insisted on putting an alarm and waking up just to help us accomodate, he's very nice and someone you can depend on, he really cares about your wellbeing and wants to be told about any issue you might have so can he fix it or help in any way possible. You can't go wrong with this place.

Spacious, comfortable and clean apartment, just a couple of steps from the St. Ivan Rilski spa. The underground garage is a great addition to the package as well as the wonderful spa facilities. All in all a great deal and we had a wonderful time.
