Staff very polite and ready to help you anytime. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice.

My wife and I recently stayed at the Kempinski Hotel in Bansko, and while most of the experience was exceptional, there were a couple of things worth noting. First, the breakfast was outstanding—easily a 10/10. The egg station was a standout, with fresh and perfectly prepared dishes each morning. The variety and quality were excellent. We were served by Darko during dinner, and he was truly exceptional. His wine recommendations were spot-on, and he made our dining experience special. Props to him for his impeccable service. The reception was welcoming and efficient, and the pool area was fantastic—well-maintained and the perfect spot to relax. However, one thing that bothered us was the lack of enforcement of the restaurant’s dress code. While there is a policy in place, we noticed people dining in shorts, and worse, some were even blowing their noses at the tables, but everything else was exceptional.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Suite mit Balkon. Es war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Für eine grosse Überraschung hat das hoteleigene Restaurant " Garlic" gesorgt. Die Küche ist exzellent! Essen und Getränke waren nicht zu toppen. Alle vom Personal sind sehr freundlich. Es war alles wunderschön! Sollten wir wieder nach Bansko reisen weiß ich wo wir absteigen :-)
