The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even surprising us with a thoughtful gift during our stay - a lovely touch that we didn't expect but greatly appreciated. The dining experience was equally impressive. The food quality was excellent, and the restaurant staff were just as friendly and attentive as the rest of the team. From check-in to check-out, every interaction with the staff was positive and professional. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Kotel. The combination of clean, comfortable rooms, beautiful surroundings, outstanding service, and excellent dining makes it a perfect choice for a memorable stay.

This is one of the best accommodations for wine lovers (and not only) who want to visit and taste some very good Bulgarian wines and also have an elegant and cosy place where to stay overnight at the winery. Also this is a good place to rest for a couple of days having all the facilities that you want: nice rooms with spectacular view over the vineyard, nice infinity pool, sauna and a very good restaurant for dinner and generous breakfast. Edoardo Miroglio wines are also a very good reason to visit the place, my favourites: Pinot Noir Reserva and Cabernet Franc (don't forget to taste also native bulgarian grape varieties: Mavrud and the traditional method sparkling wines).
