Great position, extremely clean, good breakfast, staff very nice and helpful (it's just a pity they don't speak much English). But the stay was excellent overall!

Situated in Manaus, 70 metres from Manaus Courthouse, Hotel Villa Amazônia is a 5-star hotel with a swimming pool, a restaurant, a fitness centre and a garden. Exquisite Breakfast, the menu of the restaurant it is very good and the people at the hotel were very gentle. The location is at the center of the city of Manaus, near attractions like Amazonas theater.

Just finished the 4 night cruise and it exceeded our expectations. Although the boat is a little tired it is spotlessly clean (cabins serviced twice per day) and well appointed. Good size cabins, all with a balcony and enormous comfortable bed, tv, wifi, minibar, dressing gown, slippers etc. it was a floating hotel room. The staff are all lovely, a particular we would like to thank to Moura in the dining who took such good care of us. He was very kind and attentive, I was a little apprehensive as some reviews said the food was not good & the wine was undrinkable but actually we found the opposite. Lots of Amazonian fish, fresh salads, fruit (plus lots of treats if you preferred). We particularly enjoyed the captain’s dinner on the final night Food was delicious. It was followed by a wonderful show. Several excursions per day so the boredom get a chance to take hold. Although it seems expensive when you book it, you don’t have to spend a single cent whilst on board. It is, fully all inclusive and once you add everything up, it feels like good value. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the cruise. It’s a once in a lifetime experience.

Located on Mamori River, Dolphin Lodge offers fishing, an on-site restaurant and a daily buffet breakfast. The stay was amazing! The staff is very friendly, the lodge cozy and charming and the food is amazing! We stayed for 4 nights and it was perfect for an easy program. The activities were nicely spread throughout the day and you have time to enjoy the nature and read a book at the peaceful terrace or hammock. Highly recommended!
