We had our cabin cancelled inadvertently and had to sleep in the lounge of the ferry. Not good. We arrived unshaven, unshowered etc and needing a clean up. The reception staff pulled out all the stops to get a room ready for us. Fantastic and such a relief and the travel to the ferry had been a drive from hell - snow, rain, mist etc. The room was perfect, bed - very comfortable. Breakfast was definitely better than so many others. Good choice of cereals, hot food, and hot drinks. The staff that we encountered were all polite and pleasant and well trained. We had to stay an extra night due to weather conditions to our next destination. Not a problem and we had an extra very good day exploring the town of Moncton. This was certainly worth it. The staff at this hotel are well trained and exhibit a very good culture within the hotel.

There’s a great selection, including tasty options like sausages and eggs, oatmeal, yogurt, pastries, and fresh fruit. It’s a fantastic way to start your day! The hotel staff are friendly and always ready to help. We booked the 'Specialty King Room with Sofa Bed,' and it was just right for us. The bed was really comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious with separate areas for the toilet and shower. Our room was pretty quiet since it faced the train tracks and parking lot. We also appreciated how clean everything was kept by housekeeping.. Overall, this hotel offers a great location, good food, and friendly service. We definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Moncton!

Chateau Fredericton, Trademark Collection by Wyndham está ubicado en Fredericton, a 4 km de Old Government House y a 4,4 km de NB Sports Hall Of Fame. La habitación muy amplia con una cama enorme y cómoda. El baño bastante amplio también. El desayuno muy bien, atendido por personal muy agradable. Pero lo mejor de todo, el baño antes del desayuno en la piscina con tobogán incluido.
