Great customer service and they took good care of our luggage while went to see the Falls because the check- in was at 4:00pm and we arrived earlier.

Connected to Casino Niagara and Fallsview Indoor Waterpark, this hotel features views of the Niagara Falls. It offers on-site dining, shopping, and spa treatments. It is a fantastic location for the wateralls, we can easliy see the waterfalls from window, and the night show also fantastic. It was quite cold when we were there, but with warm room and nice views, we were so enjoyed for this trip. Hotel is in a good center with many restaurants and entertainments. If we will go next time, will stay there surely.
