Breakfast was great!

We stayed at the new part of the building and the room was perfect. Modern alpine style with lots of wood, great lighting, noise insulation, underfloor heating in the bathroom, lots of sockets all done to a very high standard.

He was always approachable, ready to assist with any request, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Whether it was recommendations for local spots, handling special requests, or simply his positive energy, his outstanding customer service made all the difference. The hotel itself was not bad, but it was his kindness and professionalism that truly set our experience apart. We can’t thank him enough and would absolutely return, knowing we’d be in such great hands.

Hotel Steinbock har varit familjeägt sedan 3 generationer och ligger i en historisk byggnad i Engadine-stil från 1651 i Pontresina. Amazing time at Hotel Steinbock Pontresina. The location is perfect. The staff is great, especially Leonardo at the reception desk and Lea at the restaurant. Will come back.

Chasa Castello Relax & Spa har ett centralt, men ändå lugnt läge i Samnaun-Dorf. Från de flesta rum samt inomhuspoolen och spaområdet har du panoramautsikt över de omgivande bergen. Lovely property ,very clean ,really nice wellness and spa. Denise and staff were very nice and attentive.
