I loved everything about this property, we had an exceptional experience during our stay at this hotel , I knew that we booked a 5-star hotel but I was not sure expecting this outstanding experience in regards to the kindness and welcoming manners of the staff , cleanliness of the apartment , the vast of space of the apartment and how cozy the hotel was during this autumn/ early winter time. This by far , and I am a well-travelled person, is the best hotel / resort experience I ever had in my life.

The apartment is lovely. It's spacious, clean and neatly kept. The view from the balcony as well as from the swimming pool is brilliant. The host is perfect, she reacts quickly and cares about your stay. Lugano city can be easily reached by bus. There are so many nice things to do with children (funivia to Monte Brè round the corner for example). We've just left the place but already miss it! Maybe a note about the heat: we visited Lugano during a heatwave (33-35C, mid August), but the heat in the apartment is well manageable (higher up on the hill, so cooler; apartment facing SWW, cool mornings; bedrooms on cooler side; ventilators; swimming pool of course).
