Family-run for 150 years, the Boutique Hotel Balm is located in a green suburb of Lucerne and features a gourmet restaurant with fish and other specialities and offers free WiFi in all rooms. Staying here was truly a memorable experience, made even better by the outstanding staff who went above and beyond to accommodate us. I was in Lucerne to compete in the Swiss City Marathon, and they graciously prepared an early breakfast to fit my race schedule. Edith at reception was incredibly thoughtful, taking time to calm my nerves and ensuring I had everything I needed for the big day. It was the kind of personal touch that’s rare to find and so appreciated. The hotel’s onsite restaurant and Bistro were constantly buzzing with patrons, a clear indication of their popularity. Although we didn’t get a chance to dine in this time, we’ll definitely be trying them on our next visit. With service and atmosphere this exceptional, we wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else in Lucerne!

Luksuzni hotel Park Vitznau se nalazi na samoj obali Lucernskog jezera, a potpuno je renoviran 2012. i 2013. godine i nudi privatnu plažu, 2 restorana, veliki spa centar i besplatan parking u garaži. Amazing property, superb views, and hospitality is very good.

The Hotel Vitznauerhof - Lifestyle Hideaway at Lake Lucerne is located at the foothills of Mount Rigi on the shores of Lake Lucerne, in the heart of Central Switzerland. Well, right from the word go at the reception, I knew I found the right place. First and foremost, the great, GREAT Staff who not just guest but accommodated every oddball request - including that for my favorite dessert of Crêpes Suzette :-D !!! The food was superb, the wine awesome and the Aperol Spritz out of this world! My room was phenomenal with a giant bathtub in which I soaked every morning! Overall, an awesome, awesome, otherworldly experience in paradise!

The family-run Seehotel Gotthard in Weggis on the shore of Lake Lucerne, 25 km from Lucerne, offers 2 restaurants, a pizzeria, a bistro and rooms with scenic views and free WiFi. I enjoyed a lot a view from my room’s balcony. Very comfortable bed, big room. Stuff was very helpful and absolutely friendly that gave us warm feeling. Definitely we want to come back.

Clean and cozy hotel with amazing views. Super friendly staff who offered us free drinks on multiple occasions and served great breakfast. Cozy spa, which was basically private, since no one else was there in the evening except us. Great view over the city from the room and balcony. Price was also very good considering the quality of the stay.

Featuring a free extensive spa and wellness area, Aquafit Sursee is located in Sursee, a 5-minute walk from the train station. I was really lucky to book this hotel! Their spa was so nice and relaxing :) The rooms are pretty as well and the staff is friendly . Everything was clean, and the breakfast was tasty! Would stay again.

This place is really great! The staff was just great, from the day we walked in it was a real homely feeling. Lars and Tobi went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and we had the perfect stay. The location was perfect, close to the train station and within walking distance to all attractions. It was also close to a laundry in case that is needed.

Seehotel Kastanienbaum welcomes you on the quiet Horw peninsula, a 15-minute drive from the old town of Lucerne. Very good view to the lake and good staff. Their beach is insanely nice. There’s a boat station right next to the hotel to take you to the city center
