Among all the hotels I stayed at in Zurich, Lucerne, Jungfrau, and Zermatt, this was by far the best. The room was spacious and exceptionally clean. The kitchen and its utensils were extremely helpful for dining in, and all the hotel facilities were very luxurious. The staff were also incredibly friendly. I would definitely love to visit this hotel again. One of the biggest advantages was being able to see the Matterhorn from the room. Lastly, I met several members of your staff during check-in and check-out, and every single one of them was remarkably kind and considerate.

The family room was exceptionally well-designed and fully equipped. It was impeccably maintained and spotlessly clean, with a lovely terrace that added to the charm. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at ease and comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast was a delightful buffet offering a wide variety of options to kickstart the day. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere in the breakfast room was excellent, making our mornings even more enjoyable.

The Arc-en-ciel hotel in traditional Chalet style is a hotel situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of Gstaad, next to the Eggli cable car station, close to the car-free centre. The hotel has amazing view of the snow cap mountains, great location, good food and restaurant option, rooms are very spacious. Free Spa access, great for family vacation.

Check-in and check-out were very smooth and well-organized. I would definitely stay here again

Amazing hotel. Our room had a huge private terrace and the views were unbelievable. I heard clanging one morning we were there and was delighted to see cows parading through the street right below us! The bus stop is literally right across the street so super convenient. Ideal location as it is super walkable to shops and restaurants but not quite in the noisier heart of it all. The staff was kind and attentive and it was a huge bonus to have laundry available in the basement. The toiletries provided in the room smelled amazing. The restaurant was top notch, we dined there our first night. To end our stay, we got a lovely Swiss chocolate bar as we checked out :)
